Three fisherman make there way into the marina after a day of fishing in Skagit Bay, near Whidbey Island, La Conner, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes.
I arrived very early at the Quad, on the campus of the University of Washington, to photograph the iconic cherry blossoms before the crowds arrived. It was just me a couple other photographers, until around 6:30 a.m., when the first of thousands of people showed up to rejoice in a warm spring day, surrounded by puffy clouds of flowers. When I attended the UW I don't remember it being such a zoo when the three bloomed, but these days it is one of the most attended annual events in Seattle.
